1. How do I get access to Elation Passport?
Our office will send you an email link.
2. What if I don’t remember my password?
You can click on “forgot password” to help you log in and then reset your password.
3. What if I have multiple providers on Elation Passport? How do I see information from Santa Barbara Internal Medicine Group?
On the top right under the profile icon you will see a list of all of the providers/offices that your Elation Passport account is associated with. To get to your account with SBIMG just click on the one labeled “Santa Barbara Internal Medicine Group”.
4. Is this the same as MyChart or MyHealth used by Cottage Hospital and Sansum Clinic/Sutter Health?
No. These are different electronic medical record systems. Elation Passport is not associated with MyChart or MyHealth and data is not typically shared across different systems.
5. Can I find my results in Elation?
Results can be sent through Elation but do not automatically upload there unless posted by the physician.
Please note that Cottage Health does post lab results from Pacific Diagnostic Lab into MyChart automatically and these are posted as soon as a result is available for each lab test. Quest is not affiliated with MyChart or MyHealth. Our office does not receive results from a lab order until all of the tests ordered have results.
6. Can I use Elation Passport on my smart phone?
There is an app but if you have Passport accounts with multiple providers/offices you will not be able to see them all on the app. Instead, we recommend using a browser to access Elation Passport so you can navigate between Passport provider accounts.
To make this easier the next time you need to access Elation Passport on your smart phone, you can create a shortcut of the login page on your browser to your home screen and access it just as you would any other app on your phone—it will bring up a new internet browser window with the Elation Passport login page.
